Is there much more to say? Not really ... except that what I have come to realize through my reading and 'trying' is that true love has a thoughtful nature. As the authors said ... love teaches you to engage your mind before engaging your lips. THAT IS A TOUGH ONE!
If you know me, I'm good at speaking. There's not much that goes unsaid when given the opportunity. Granted, I have come a LONG way over the years. I have worked on this one alot! However, I have realized through trial and error, that when my mouth is workin', then my focus is on me. That my friend is a tough one ...
So Dare #4 ... Contact your spouse ...have no agenda other than asking how he or she is doing and if there is anything you could do for them.
Engage my mind ... realize that LOVE thinks before acting. Have you tried that?
