What is there to do in England with a feverish 2 year old and your flight is cancelled? Well ... a little bit of Motrin and a couple rides on the trains should do the trick.
I was booked to fly out of London today (wed the 4th) along with my sisters. However, due to horrible weather (3inches of snow) my flight with BA has been cancelled, my sisters flights with AC are good to go, on time. So I am now flying home on Thursday and praying that Buddy's on and off fever is off for a good chunk of time. I have to say, it is great being in England, specifically with family, but I was looking forward to being home despite the cold, white weather there.
So today, my aunt is taking Buddy and I on a couple of train rides and we will enjoy our final day-prayerfully-in England for this year. Maybe another year, during a different month, a trip will be in order. Next time with Buddy's dad ... this has been a long time for them to be apart.
