Today is our final day together before all 3 of us girls leave England. We had planned to hit France yesterday, but there was a severe snow fall. A whole 3 inches, 5 in some places! In actuality this is the worst snow fall South East Britain has had in over 18 years. And of course it would fall on our final days together! The snow fall shut down most public transportation, schools and all British Airway flights yesterday. So unfortunately, we didn't make France, but we enjoyed each others company and that is not often done due to the distances between us all. (Sisters are in Western Canada and New Zealand)
Anyhoo ... tomorrow (Wednesday) we fly out if all is in order, and it looks to be so. Wednesday evening I will be home with who knows how many feet of snow!
