Nothing like Thomas the Train for our boy!
This past weekend, we spend A Day out with Thomas (the Train) in North Creek, NY, just north of Albany. I purchased the tickets months ago, knowing that it would be a hit and let me just say-I was right! We rode a train that Thomas pulled, we met Sir Topham Hatt and played our hearts silly with all sorts of Thomas toys. Buddy found stamps for the first time and couldn't get enough of them. Afterall, you are 'allowed' to stamp HARD and get it all over you! There were some jumping castles and lots of music to dance too. We did it all and had a great time!! We are looking forward to it again next year! (A swim at the hotel was a huge hit too. I think our last time in a pool was over six months ago!) Some pix can be found here.
On another note, can I ask you to pray for my in-laws again? Many of you are aware of ma belle belle soeur who lost her battle with Cancer just two weeks ago. Well, her daughter V will going in for surgery tomorrow. She has cancer. This is her second surgery for Breast Cancer in the past 3 weeks. She has also told us that it looks as if the cancer has spread and she will be needing radiation and chemo. She is in her late 20's with a son and hubby. Please pray for them as they walk through this. Surgery is tomorrow at 7am and I have just been told that chemo will begin June 11. We are in disbelief that this is happening AGAIN and covet your prayers. Thank you in advance!
Believing for MIRACLES together!

I so know how a cancer diagnosis can rock your world, and the complete and total unfairness of it all. Sending many prayers for your family during this terrifying time.
Hugs and prayers.
