There's not much I enjoy waiting for, if anything.
These days, we continue to wait for details to be completed. Those details are the important, yet loooooong winded details that come with selling a house. In the past 48hrs we have had a water test and home inspection performed. And today the potential buyers requeted a septic system specialist to come in on Friday morning. So...another moment for my lesson on patience to be learned.
The final day for all these details to be completed ands the final decision of following thru on their purchase, is Monday. Never in my life have I wished for such details for my birthday!!
So...I'll let you know what I get for my 36th birthday! Just give me a few days!
