Well, since that post, I have not had one panic attack. So I guess it was a little therapeutic!! Thank you to many of you for your encouraging comments, emails and notes. They are truly appreciated. And this road is still one that I am on. May be on it for a while yet.But for now a couple weekends away (camping, visiting friends) are proving to be incredibly therapeutic as well.
Last weekend we spent time with friends in Prescott, ON, just south of Ottawa. A picnic with friends, swimming with my son in the river are just two of the blessings that came my way! I love spending time with family and friends. And ultimately, my hubby and son blow my mind. Time with them is precious and I never want to take it for granted. In fact, my choices each day now are gonna be based on those priorities. And who knows? Maybe our family choices will reflect that on a greater level!? I HOPE SO!
