Update on G's Sister

Thank you for all your thoughts and prayers.

Today, our wonderful friends watched Buddy for us so we could spend the majority of the day with Lina.  From around 1pm to 8pm the entire family was with her.  There was a guitar, violin, singing, laughing, crying and loving all at the same time.  G's family has always been very musical (and large with 5 kids!) and get togethers are always loud and fun with singing, dancing and home made music!  Today Lina had that surrounding her once again.  You could tell she was happy.  Exhausted, but happy.  A couple times her sister or mom would ask her if she wanted some down time to rest.  But she wanted each of us there doing what the Antinozzi's do best.  We did leave for an hour or so to give her some down time, and then returned to find more friends and extended family visiting.  She truly is the centre of every Antinozzi party!

As great and wonderful as it was to be all together, the reality of life has hit each of us hard.  We believe Lina is on her last few days and has great deal of pain and discomfort that is being limited with pain mediation as much as she wants.  She is however, in a great Pallative care building that truly is incredible!  It's a very warm environment and the staff are fantastic.  We are thankful for this.

We ask that you continue to pray for Lina.  For peace, comfort and ultimately her salvation.  We will keep you posted here as much as we can over the next few days.  Thank you for loving from a distance.
